A walk-in shower bath, hairdryers, toiletries, and bath sheets. Setting close enough to Airport, and boulangeries, bars and supermarkets nearby. Easy access to Ben & Jerry's, just 15 minutes walk.

I recently stayed at a beautiful holiday house in Nice and had a fantastic time. The location of the house was perfect, just a few minutes away from the sea. I loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean. The neighborhood was quiet and residential, but also had all the necessary amenities like bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The tram and bus stops were conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and visit museums. I also found the compact nature of Nice to be quite charming, allowing me to easily visit landmarks and then relax by the waterfront. The view from the balcony was extraordinary, and the apartment itself was well-maintained and clean.
There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the apartment did not have its own parking facilities, which made it quite difficult and time-consuming to find suitable parking for my car.

I always come back to this place. It has everything I need: off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware, air conditioning. The staff even helped me with bug spray on my first stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway. No pets or smoking allowed. Luggage storage available.

We had a wonderful stay at Suite Versailles Five Stars Holiday House. the apartment is in a great location, close to the beach, tramway, local shops, and a bakery. It's situated in a non-touristy part of the city, which means we got to experience more local restaurants. the area was lovely and quiet, yet still conveniently located near all the attractions. the apartment itself is exactly as it looks online, spacious, airy, and nicely furnished. We especially enjoyed the small balcony with its side sea view, perfect for breakfast. the tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
